CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY:
In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping it is the policy of Veronique Inc. to follow the same policy and procedures of the respecting shipping company. The customer, or receiver, to whom the package is addressed, must report the damage to the shipping company(ie: UPS) upon receipt of the damage package.
Products purchased from links through Veronique Inc., any returns Organic Beauty or Isagenix must be directly made through those companies and are not the responsibility of Veronique Inc. in any circumstances surrounding those purchases. Due to sanitary reasons, products can only be returned in new and unused condition within five days of your receipt with the exception of products that are defective. Any returns require a Return Authorization number prior to shipping to Organic Beauty Inc. or Isagenix directly. Returns without a return authorization number or items shipped freight collect will not be accepted. For products other than from Organic Beauty or Isagenix, if your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 5 days of receipt. Sales are final on services, custom or rush orders and will be replaced at our discretion. Unless defective, returned products exchanged for credit only and placed towards future purchases. Cancellation of any session appointment must be 10 days prior to the appointment.
